About the Event
Join us for a special intimate experiential tea meditation blended with the sacred sounds of Tibetan singing bowls & Gongs. We will sit together in community and experience the energetics of 3 curated Chinese teas in a gongfu style tea ceremony served by Jeff Pufnock from The Wholeness Initiative together with sacred sounds provided by Jonathan De Leon of Soundembodiment. If time permits we will have a final tea and sharing circle.
When something vibrates in harmony, it is described as a state of balance, calm, peace and the absence of dissonance. Within a field of vibrational harmony, other objects within that field can also resonate or even amplify this quality of balance.
Tea carries its own balancing and calming vibrational energy as a healing medicine. When combined with the vibration of Tibetan singing bowls these two medicines harmonize to offer a profound opportunity for self cultivation and deeper presence within ourselves.
To honor the nature of the container and experience, please plan on prompt arrival and staying until completion of the sit. Please note the nature of this event requires one to be able to be seated on the floor and in close proximity to others for the duration of the event.
Meditation cushions will be provided, but please bring a yoga mat and small blanket if you intend to lie down.
All teas served will contain caffeine.
